Friendly and knowledgeable

Marcel is super knowledgeable about knives. I also had knives sharpened in the store. Never had knives so sharp. My bandaid budget has increased substantially. Now have to treat my knives as though they are knives. When not cutting myself they do an incredible job on food and pair nicely with the wooden cutting board I purchased.
