I was traveling to PEI (from Atalanta GA) and stumbled across this shop. I was blown away by the two men operating this shop. They are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I already owned a set of high end Japanese knives so I wanted to try a chef knife from them. I bought one and am happy with it. I will be purchasing from them in the future
