I go to Cooks Edge each time I’m in Charlottetown and they never fail to disappoint. I dropped off 10 knives to be serviced, and half of them were done before we left the Island! Marcel is so knowledgeable and excited to talk about knives, sharpening and just about everything else they stock in the shop. We were never rushed, even before we made this purchase and were just looking. I’ve been going since the shop first opened and it’s so nice to see the growth Adam and the shop have achieved!
