Since the pandemic, mail and packages have been crazy. I've ordered twice, neither time did I receive my order, but when I sent an email, they shipped a new one right out, no questions asked. The candle daddy employees have been nothing but kind. There is not one bad thing you could even say about the company. They are courteous, and make sure you're happy. I will be their customer forever.

I absolutely love this brand so much! The wax melts are all so great. The scents are strong, and they smell exactly what you would hope they would. I absolutely hate getting something new and being so excited for the scent, and realizing that it smells nothing like what it says it is, or just smelling awful and cheap. You will not get that with Candle Daddy! The ordering process is easy, the free shipping is always a nice touch, and the delivery is super fast! I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 7 days for my order to arrive. I've only ordered the wax melts, but I can't wait to try out some candles next purchase!!

Customer service is amazing. It is super easy to find what your looking for on their website. Shipping was really fast I got my order 3 days after I ordered it. I definitely recommend giving candle daddy a shot!!!
