We purchased two products from The Block Shop and was aware that they were both coming from different locations. Our first item arrived very quickly which was great but there was quite a delay with the second item. When I contacted them directly they immediately located the product and advised me that it had been coming from New Zealand and was awaiting a flight to Australia. Their follow up with me was excellent. I would happily recommend them to any future customers.

After several out of hours delivery attempts & poor service by Aramex over 6 weeks, the team work with the supplier to reproduce my purchase & ship with AusPost. Kept us in the loop.
