We received our swinging bench/ bed. It’s packaged carefully and arrived quickly. It was easy to assemble and hang by myself. Well made and sturdy, it’s a beautiful addition to our back porch!

Customer Service; A large and package was delivered to our home address. It was a 6-ft long bench, very heavy. We didn't order it. I had to open the outer packaging and pull out the P.O. I contacted The Bench customer service with the information about wrongly delivered package. I told them that the package was too heavy and the outer packing was now ripped up, since I had to pull the packing slip. I said that I would not take the package anywhere, and they had to find delivery service to pick it up. Long story short, customer service asked if I would like to keep it or give it to a friend. We are happily keeping it and will use it in our cabin.

Great product would’ve liked them a little larger

A wonderful company to do business with. They had the best price for our product, and all the cartons arrived in one batch with no damage. I highly recommend the Bench Store!
