Does not ship assembled. Makes no mention of this anywhere. Bummer.

Won't buy from them ever again real bad to get a refund for damaged goods that shipper would not deliver.

I only received part if the product. Item was damaged and missing critical pieces. When i contact the bench store i was told that they couldn't do anything about it and i would have to contact the manufacturer, which will not answer or return my emails or calls.

Waiting on my chairs and when I orders aid ready to ship! So annoyed

Placed a order for Frog furniture three seat Adirondack bench. Said online the price and that it was in stock. Also was offered another online discount for this purchase. First time I tried to place the order the discount didn’t work. So then called customer service and they said that the discount “was for another website “ and that it didn’t apply to the website that offered it??? Then I went ahead and placed the order without the discount. A few days later I received a notification that the items were out of stock and they were refunding my money because they didn’t know when they would be back in stock. I the manufacturer of the furniture I wanted and they told me that the items I wanted were available and didn’t know why I was told that they were back ordered. Anyway I just didn’t like how I was treated. Poor customer service.
