Not bad. Order was shipped to the totally wrong address (apparently a Fed Ex error). But The Bench Store promptly had a new order cut, and I got confirmation about 10 days later that it arrived at the correct address (a summer rental cottage). The current renter assembled it and said it came out great!!

Service has been so far...Can't wait to see the finish product. Hopefully sooner than later!

Very expensive to return for the correct color (20% restocking fee even though I was just exchanging them). A little disappointed with the final look, very commercial looking for a fire pit area.
