I did have a problem with delivery as they sent the wrong bed end i called up the customer service tram

Initially pleased but mattress did not last as long as expected now has huge dip where springs have broken,have had mattress bought before from other places that have only had to replace due to age/wear and tear this is first mattress I'm having to replace due to breakage.

Really sturdy bed for our son - exactly what we wanted. The under bed storage drawers are definitely an added bonus - especially for his trainers, because of them also being mesh = lots of airflow!! We paid for the guys to deliver it up stairs and that was definitely worth it as it WAS very heavy. It took 2 of us about 2.5 hours to put it all together, so not too bad (we did have to find another allen key though!)
