Always nice to do business with a company that has excellent customer service. Gripstic is one of those companies.

I haven't had to interact with any customer service reps but the company is great. Thank God I saw them originally on Shark Tank or I may not have bought them.

Just be glad I did the review of the product. How did you do? You did your job.
