We looked at many different products before selecting Intu. They won us over with their knowledge and understanding of our needs and helped us pick the right tap for us. The after sales service is also first class and the team are always available to answer any questions we may have. We would recommend them in a heart beat.

The replacement filter kit was easy to install, following the included instructions. It is now working well, providing filtered water.

Had a fear of changing my filter unit to the new upgrade. Thought it had the wrong connections as mine were different. But spoke to David via email, he sent over a video showing me how to fit the new filter unit and add the new connectors. This made it super easy to change. The video was very simple to follow. I am so pleased with myself as I changed it in 30 minutes. Feeling like a female Plummer now. Who needs a man when you have a simply explained video to watch! I love my boiling water tap, I can no longer hold a kettle, it’s so much easier to just turn the tap on to make tea, gravy, jelly etc
