The tap set was on special offer making it considerably cheaper than alternatives but I dont think it has lost any quality compared to other brands. Came perfectly packaged and was easy enough to install, looks and feels of high quality and comes with a two year guarantee to put my mind at rest it will last.

Cannot fault this tap in any way. Quality item and the special offer made it an even more attractive purchase. Great communication from retailer with my initial enquiry. Purchased on a Friday and was delivered Monday. Detailed instructions made it an easy install. Turn the handle for instant boiling water, saves time and energy costs than using a kettle. The replacement filters are cheap from retailer and with only one to replace approx every 6months makes this good value for money. Highly recommend this item.

I can’t believe that I’ve got such a high quality hot water tap for less than £300 (bought it at the special offer price). It arrived with fast delivery and I was even impressed with the high spec packaging. Unlike most things these days, the fitting instructions were very clear and in a proper printed booklet - not just on an illegible photocopy. The tap was fitted easily & worked perfectly, straight away and it looks & feels like a much more expensive brand. Very impressed.
