So simple to replace. Instructions suggest placing a bowl under the sump but I was able to remove the entire sump and tip the small amount of water into the sink.

Quality looks good so far as we have yet to install it, impresses with the style of the tap and tank, and delivery was really quick

Would highly recommend these taps, over half the price of others and just as brilliant. The leaver on our tap was too big for our sink and would hit our upstand but David at ITU was brilliant and arranged for a smaller leaver to be sent. Boiling water and filtered water is better than I expected.
