Installation was pretty straightforward. Luckily my hot and cold feeds were tap connector ready. All pipework connected easily with no leaks - everything you need is included with the tap. My only gripe would be that the installation instructions could be a little clearer in terms of washing through the hot water tank. Also there was no User Manual so a bit of head scratching when power was switched on, but nothing was happening - water not heating. Thankfully, installation and user manual can be found on line which did the job. All running perfectly. The wife is extremely pleased!

We are delighted with the performance of the Intu 4 -1 tap. The installation was straight forward although completion of the task was delayed by a day due to the omission of a PE filler pipe from the kit. However, the problem was quickly resolved by Intu who arranged for the delivery of a pipe the following day.
