The product was physically damaged and I'm also experiencing problems with the controller knob whenever I switch it on. Went to ouytlet and they advised me not to take it back as it will take months to come back. Totally not satisfied with this purchase. Im closing this account after I finish paying it.

Material for the curtains is not good

Curtains are see through, poor quality bedding infact everything is just not up to homechoice standard or use to be homechoice, it like those low quality beddings you buy from small street. I’ll keep it because the process of returning is tiring but Homechoice is rapidly getting wreck. Even my last beddings I bought the quality was really bad, maybe you should give customers a review on the app before someone buys something of your low bad quality. I think this was my last purchase, after I’m done with the payments I’m closing off the account!!

Very slow to respond

The advert it shows and written that the combo blankets that I bought they will be coming with blanket bag for each but that is not true at all even at Chinese store when you bought a blanket it comes with. blanket bag I am not happy at all I feel betrayed I trusted HomeChoice but I have eaten a humble pie no more buying to this unreliable store how must I store those blankets since when they did not come with their bags ?Am highly disappointed I didn't expect all this.
