My journey using this machine is smooth and it is perfect for personal customization and personalization depending on what I want. And also, I respect and appreciate ethical design and the company’s vision on sustainability. Great coffee taste. Perfect lattes during a busy day! Cleaning the machine is easy as it is super intuitive.

The machine is aesthetically pleasing and the quality of coffee is great. We had a few issues with the milk container but through the excellent and very attentive customer service, we were able to have it all ironed out. They even made custom videos for us on how to go through the troubleshooting process. Overall, very good customer service!

I love the sleek modern lookin my kitchen and how easy it is to make drinks. I just wish it would heat the milk but I don't know how that would be without changing the whole look. It saves us money from getting coffee outside. I recently had a $5 latte at a local coffee shop and I hated it, I couldn't wait to come home and make a bigger drink with this machine. They also have the best customer service. An actual human answers the phone instantly and helps resolve any problem I have. The video tutorials are soo helpful too.

I love my new Espresso maker. It is easy to use, and easy to clean. The Terra Kaffe developers have thought of everything. Their support is superb. The coffee is delicious and the options menu is so easy to use!! A great investment! We are really enjoying!
