I'm very happy with this machine it's the first super automatic that I've owned I haven't used any of my other coffee makers I might as well throw them away I love the tk01 the only criticism I have is that the water tank is small and has to be refilled a lot otherwise machine is so simple to use and I enjoy the functionality of it it was definitely worth the price I'm very happy with it and I like your customer support I hope the machine lasts me for a lot of years to come

We have been very happy with our Terra Kaffe. I waited to provide a review, as you learn a lot after the break-in period. I strongly suggest going ahead first step out of the box doing the complete descaling and cleaning process. It seemed to make a huge difference at three months, so why not just do it at the start. We have had absolutely perfect pucks ever since the first cleaning.
