Great machine / inventory lapses
Since receiving my initial TK 102 I've been very pleased with the coffee drinks it brews. Bravo! Sadly, I had complicated problems with the first machine but, Terra Kaffe replaced it promptly and efficiently.
When it alerted me to replace the water filter and, I couldn't receive one from TK (out of stock), that was a complete disaster. AARRGGHH! I was forced to order the "Bundle" (which included 2 water filters) which seemed very unclassy of TK and extremely poor inventory control by TK. I think the filter costs too much and you still owe me for 1 water filter. Ha.
All in all, I am a very 'happy coffee brewer' with my TK 102. I awake daily looking forward to my morning cappuccinos. Best regards from your 89 year old Fan.
