I think the noise when turning on and off the machine is incredibly long. The on/off process can also be shortened a lot, it sort of takes forever and since y’all recommend us to turn it off and on daily, it’s kind of irritating. Also, the maintenance should be much easier. Also, not sure why only light/medium roast should be used (I know it’s cuz the oily ones will clog up the machine), but why? I’d also love a discount on the second model. I wasn’t able to afford it last year when I put it on reserve but would love love love to get it now.

Machine smells like burnt coffee.

We are happy with the TK1 at the moment however after only having it a few months we did have to send it in for repair. We are hoping we don’t face another situation like this on such an expensive machine.

Easy to use and easy to clean. The only improvement that would make it perfect is better milk dispensing. It sputters and I often have to hold the milk container up higher to help it flow. Yes, I’ve cleaned everything as I should.

Good customer service via email, but can take several emails to resolve problems. The TK-1 had customer service by both email and phone. The real-time talks by phkne resolved questions Very efficiently and created a positive view of the people / the company. Email- not so much.
