I was looking for a gift for my wife and, due to Covid-19, the Foiler I was after was our of stock. Emails back and forth asking of its availability and requesting to put one aside when in was met. In this day of tools to help people communicate, I find as humans we are lacking in doing just that, but not this lot. They came back when the item was in, weren't pushy for the sale, just info. Order placed and shipped immediately ... I wish other providers could follow their lead, well done and thanks for all your help and customer service ... 10/10
