I've used this company several times now, buying in store and online. In person they've been really helpful and online the service is great. The variety of tools and glass etc is great as is the advice available.

Always prompt, with well packaged deliveries. If stuff is out of stock they always phone me with an approximate waiting time.

Tempsford is an excellent company. Delivery is quick often next day, always well packed; not had any breakages in 7 years I've been using them. Customer service is very helpful and I would whole heartedly recommend them. Other companies offer a lower free delivery baseline to orders but I always bulk order so not a problem for me.
