Automated communication after ordering could be better. I had to call each time to find out if the order was sent and what the tracking number was.

I received the samples!

Beautiful papers but had print imperfections. A good quality assurance team should her caught them. I had three significant flaws in my rolls.

Nice sample, trying to decide. It would be nice if 20% discount lasted longer!
