My curtains were poor quality. Some of the rings were not properly attached so when I was the curtains they will fray. There was also a mark on the lining that looked like a drip of blood! I emailed you and you didn't even bother to respond

Poor quality. Lining way too short on curtains and also they were different lengths when closed

really poor customer service. Great product.

Curtains I received were stained, dirty and the stitching was awful. I have never purchased a worse item from any online service Returned over a week ago, after contacting them and being sent a returns label, but still no sign of my £35 back yet.
