My experience with Fernish has overall been very good so far. I was disappointed in the last minute (late in the transaction process) notice that my rental did not meet the minimum $ amount and I was required to rent a second item. I would have preferred to be notified of this earlier in my decisioning. I plan to put my rental toward purchasing both items and I hope there are no unpleasant surprises at that stage of this transaction!

Everything was awesome except we didn’t get the couch we paid for.
