Sheets aren’t nice and soft like any organic cotton sheets I’ve ever owned, they are almost papery and especially so when wet from laundering. Care instructions say to wash cold and iron warm. Strange, since cotton can take hot water and highest heat setting on an iron is for cotton! So what kind of weird cotton are these sheets made from?Incidentally, bedding is the only thing I normally wash in hot water but I don’t iron at all.

I am excited that these sheets are Made in Canada - but I think I got distracted by that feature and missed some of the other things - I wish they did not require wash on delicate and iron (it means I won't use them regularly as that's a bit too fussy for my schedule), and they are very noisy/crinkly when you move in the night. They were beautifully packaged though and I was happy to shop Canadian.
