Charlie and Shaun, Thank you both so much for your guidance and advice! I have been looking for an appropriate base to hold a granite top (36 x 56) for over a year. After inquiring with stone fabricators, cabinet makers, and exhausting the internet, I found TableLegs. I was surprised and pleased when I called and someone actually answered the phone! The gentlemen answered all my questions and even helped me place my order, just to make sure it was correct. They were very kind and patient! The table arrived earlier than expected and was packed very well! It took two of us to put it together. For the longer sides (53 inches), we hooked two shorter wood clamps together. Using a toothbrush to clean up the excess glue was helpful. We left it clamped for 48 hours. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company! AGE
