OMG! I wish I’d known about Suvie sooner! The food is delicious and there’s so much versatility in how to prepare it, with their sauces! It’s also extremely convenient, as it comes right to my gate! Honestly,, with the present pandemic situation, it’s been a real help! to our family!

I really appreciate the quality of proteins we have received. Delivery service has been flawless.

Ordering is extremely simple. When I needed to change my delivery date the customer service team was very helpful and responded quickly. The preportioned options save me a ton of time with cooking and meal planning. I have found all the products to be high quality and flavorful. My only complaint would be that the sirloin has a tendency to have too much connective tissue for my liking.

The only real problem I have is your postal choice. Sometimes things arrive all thawed out.

The last time I recieved my order it was slightly thawed. The ribs were brown and smelled bad, I threw them out. I also had ordered shrimp and was sent salmon. I called about the ribs and he asked if they were still frozen when they arrived and if they seemed to be 40 degrees. I told him they were slightly defrosted but still cold. He did not offer to send me new ribs or give me a credit and told me they should be okay to eat. I had already thrown them out and would not have eaten spoiled meat anyway. Disappointed because I do really like the ribs.
