Received my vanity broken with zero urgency to rectify this. Was promised a refund and have not received still either

Loved the Web site. User friendly, placed an order without hassle. Was disappointed to find out a day later that the item I ordered was backordered. Items still shows as available today on the Website. Perhaps better update inventory on-line to reflect out of stock or Mfg backordered items. I may have made a different selection had I known up front.

Received my package empty which had been opened in transit. Clearly theft or loss in shipment. Company did not make it right wanted to charge me for replacements. Should have sent replacements no charge. I will NEVER do business with Supreme again.
