This IS the sauna I ordered, but I received a similar sauna from a different company - Dynamic Saunas "BELLAGIO". Very similar in look and style, and - supposedly - sold at a higher price. It does show a higher price online. Strange that the "wrong sauna" ships and then the "switch" is discovered. Just seemed shady to me. I almost didn't accept the product. It arrived safely in the long run, and although a different stain than the one I ordered, it looks OK in place. "Made in China" is never disclosed. Maybe the Maxxus sauna isn't made in China? IDK. Because all ads say "reforested Canadian hemlock" is used to build the sauna, it is easily assumed that it isn't from China? But it is. Not very forthright advertising. Just saying. The door does say "Designed in California"! LOL! The instructions aren't as bad as many are from China and the unit does assemble fairly easily. It's a bit lightweight - I did barely scrape the ground and some wood veneer sheared off the corner of one side. The lightweight does help with assembly. I managed to put it together by myself, although (even though I'm pretty strong) there were moments when I wished I had help. The instructions say to use two persons. Maybe the actual Maxxus version is built better - I'll never know. It does do everything that it says it would do. The chromotherapy lighting works with the remote (from about 3' away from the light - not outside the unit). It heats to 100 degrees in about 25-30 minutes with no one inside the unit. Slower if you heat up with it. I couldn't get the bluetooth to connect as yet, although the plug-in CD player connection (cord supplied with unit) did work OK - don't turn the volume up on the cheap speakers. Unless you are powering the unit up for heat, you can't turn on the inside light or outside decorative lights. Definitely need to screw the bench seat down. I did run a dedicated 20amp wiring and circuit for the unit. I didn't try it on a 15-amp circuit, but it might work? The entire unit (the one that I received) basically snaps together or is held together by wood perimeter strips. I may relocate the unit in the future, so this is sort of a plus, although as noted the construction is very lightweight. I'm hoping that it holds up. I wanted it for Christmas and got it the week before (I ordered it four weeks before and selected a model that said "in stock"). I'm staying positive and am satisfied with the unit so far (used 3 times). The Infrared does heat the body up!

Everything went well. The reached out right away when the item wasn’t available. I would suggest updating the website to show back ordered items. I would order again.

Bought a toilet flapper for a Mansfield toilet. Seems to be a great fit. There was a little confusion on the shipping, but it got sorted out quickly and the cost to ship to Canada was quite reasonable.

This was a great purchase, from a good company. I hope everyone has a experience like the one I had.
