Item back ordered for several months. Supreme kept me posted every step of the way, always offering alternatives. Great customer service. They will be my first stop when I need something for the kitchen or bathroom. Liked the faucets, too.

Just installed the pads. They work as expected. the shipping for such a small package was little high for me since I'm use to shopping on Amazon. There was little mix up with my order, which I had to provide proof that I only received half of my order. But in the end, all was corrected. Thank you.
