I was expecting something nicer

The crystals are beautiful, I would rather them in a small box and they were posted in a letter padded bag, and even though the crystals where bubble wrapped some where broken which was disappointing Especially with crystals if they get hurt, they become sad

Very disappointed the label looks like a child designed it and put it on. If I actually was in a shop and seen it I wouldn’t have looked twice at all. I purchased it for a gift. But definitely won’t be using it

I ordered two candles with the promise of a third for free and still have not received it. I’ve filled out your form concerning this and haven’t heard back. I will NOT recommend this to any of my friends.

Two of the three candles arrived with the labels ruined. I emailed to ask if I could get new labels and have received no response in the past two weeks. Disappointing customer service. It’s a shame as the candles themselves are lovely.
