Amazing service and product. I changed my mind on the fabric and the customer service team were always helpful and quickly sent out fabric samples to ensure I was 100% sure on which fabric to choose. And they made sure I would still get the bed before Christmas. We’ve had lots of comments on how nice it looks. Top quality and couldn’t recommend enough.

I have now purchased 3 beds from Sueno - they are beautiful, best value for money and it is fantastic to deal with a company who care about their customers as much as their product. You know want to keep buying from the same company when their service extends to making sure that the customer is happy. One more point - their delivery service has always been on time too and not having to wait in for unspecified number of hours is a big bonus.

Ordered 3 ottoman divans and headboards and can honestly say, they surpassed our expectations. From ordering, right through to them being delivered and put together, was first class. Thank you for a five star service Sueno, would definitely recommend.
