My experiance with Sueno has been a pleasure from start to finish. The friendly and helpful staff dealt with all my enquiries, they were patient with me after I ordered samples, they were thorough with my order, they were pleasant and accommodating throughout. At different stages of processing there was confirmations with left no room for error. The delivery service was fantastic. The delivery men were just as fantastic. They were quick, friendly and respectful. Should I ever need another bed (which I dont think will be for a very very long time due to its quality) I could never go passed Sueno. I reccomend them to everyone.

Recently ordered a headboard from Sueno. The headboard was superb quality and looked just like the picture on the website. Customer service was then brilliant. Item delivered and fitted to the bed at a time suitable to us.

From initial phone contact, to production, to delivery, the service was excellent. All the team I had contact with were very helpful. The headboard far exceeded my expectations and it is beautiful. High quality product. I am very happy with it and would highly recommend this company.

Received the bed very quickly, guys came put it together very help full indeed. I certainly would recommend to everyone brilliant service.

My beds were delivered on Sunday and they both look fabulous (haven’’t slept on either of them yet) I would like to thank Johnny for his help and advice in choosing the beds, headboards and mattresses. And also to the men who delivered them - on time, courteous, speedy and tidy - could not ask for more!
