I can’t recommend Sueno highly enough. We visited the factory last year and were impressed with their products. We ordered a 4 panel headboard and divan base in Aubergine Sonetti velvet. From start to finish the service was excellent. Good size swatches were received in 2 days. When we placed the order we were advised that manufacturer would take 2-3 weeks longer than normal due to the Covid situation, however it took much less. Customer service was excellent with delivery arranged quickly. The delivery guys phoned half an hour before arrival and they were friendly and efficient. The headboard and base are absolutely beautiful, excellent quality and well made. They look very luxurious and I would most definitely buy again from Sueno.
