I had a perfect experience with Sueno. The fabric samples I ordered and questions I emailed about dimensions received responses quickly. Samples were that little bit bigger than the usual tiny squares which helps get more of a sense of the fabric. Communication after I placed my order was great with phone calls and emails to update me, and flexibility on delivery date when the bed was actually made faster than my room was ready for! The gentlemen who delivered the bed were careful of my home and made sure I was happy before they left. I’ve had the bed for a month or so now and it’s excellent. Highly recommend this company.
