No response to emails where I asked about the welcome discount code. However package did arrive quickly and well

The process with Style Hause was perfect until we had to deal with the delivery partner who scheduled delivery twice and then failed to deliver. After a 45 minute online chat where I said I could prove that they didn’t come to the door and wanted to lodge a formal complaint, the mirror was then delivered that evening.

We had a significant delay on our order but when I email style house they respond me straight away and gave me the option for a refund or to wait until the next delivery arrived. Great customer service, thank you.
