The chair is defective. It's

The chair is defective. It's impossible to remove the screws that need to be removed to install the headrest. Since the headrest is the last step (which it shouldn't be -- it would be easier to install the headrest before putting the two chair pieces together), I had already assembled the chair by the time i learned of this problem. I'm not interested in figuring out how to take apart and return the chair, so I'm stuck with the defective one. It's very comfortable, but I'd never shop with you again.
