Purchased Critterfence to stop the deer from running thru my yard and the cheap neighbor’s leaves from blowing into my yard. He has refused to rake his leaves for the 8 years since I moved here. The product is strong and more durable than the plastic fence products available from the big box stores. The 4ft roll was easy to manage for a retired 69 year old man who did the install on his own. The customer support was wonderful. Dirt call was polite, professional, and very helpful in addressing my questions. I called back a second time and the response was again outstanding! Ordering was straight forward. Shipping missed sending the tie down straps. A quick note was I realized the straps were not in the box, resulted in a wonderful follow up call…the straps were mailed out without hesitation. That is outstanding customer service! The cost of Critterfence was more expensive. You get what you pay for and this product combined with outstanding service was well worth the extra purchase price. Great team work! Kevin
