Bidet knob

Installed properly after I used YouTube to check out installation.

I needed a small replacement part and ordered it online. I live in rural area and have a PO Box and need things sent via USPS. There was some confusion with my order concerning this and the parts were sent back. I called and the issue was corrected and my parts arrived the following week. Things happen and Im okay with that. What I really appreciate is the time and effort that was put into getting my small parts to me. Great customer service!
