Our experience with Brondell's onine store and delivery has been great. Our bidet was delivered right on time. It was a bit challenging to connect because in the process of replacing our water line's rigid tubing with flexible tubing we discovered that our old plumbing was done creatively. We now have even more creative plumbing, but the bidet is connected. I think we are going to love it. We have yet to have any experience with customer servince.

I’m really with happy with my purchase. I don’t have it installed yet, but I think it’s gonna be worth what I paid for it. Goodbye. Good fender.
