So far so good!! Our handyman set it up for us (we needed a hole drilled in our granite for the spout) and it looks so neat and tidy under the sink. The water tastes great and I love how the spout looks! We’re very happy with this purchase so far:)

I ordered a replacement part for my bidet through Brondell online. The part was easy to locate, was readily available, and reasonably priced. It shipped and arrived quickly. Payment processing was straightforward. Shipping costs weren’t great, but I can’t exactly blame that on Brondell. That’s been a common experience whenever I order online, I largely suspect due to inflation and fuel costs. Overall, I’m extremely pleased.

I ordered. and installed new filters. In the box was also a new battery, I also replaced that. It indicates that the water is filtered and safe to drink. Shipping was quick.
