Excellent 30 seconds to replace. Included knurled metal ring.

Jacqui helped me and was so kind and helpful. She heard me out, looked at my photos and agreed with my assessment. Then she explained the next steps and asked me if I had any questions. Why can’t all businesses have customer service reps as level-headed and clear-minded? I’m thankful that I chose Brondell if for no other reason than the customer service. Thank you Jackie!

We're happy with our filters and the replacements that we get Brondell

I was literally thinking today while I was sitting on my Brondel. I need to get one in my other bathroom so I am going to order one.

Nicely designed, fits well, and is comfortable and intuitive to use.
