I upgraded from a $200 staples chair so I expected a huge upgrade and I was not disappointed. I can't compare this to other expensive office chairs, but I can say that this one is comfortable to sit in for hours. Also, its back support and rocking adjustability really helps fine tune your comfortability. For me there is no single position(in any chair) that is very comfortable after very long... I found that once I was familiar with the adjustments and able to adjust them on the fly depending on how my body is feeling at the moment, this thing really keeps my back/neck from hurting after long hours. Shipped quick and arrived undamaged, but pretty dang dusty; likely due to the carrier having a lot of gravel roads on their route.
