Shipping was reasonably quick for such a large item, and it was packaged very securely. It also arrived fully assembled, which is very impressive to do in a shipped cardboard box. I will shop at Herman Miller in the future.

This chair is super comfortable and adjustable. I especially love the widening of the chair flat on the ends - you can comfortably sit cross-legged on the chair and I am a big guy (6'1). Overall, would highly recommend this chair. Pricy but I can understand why.

There was a bit of an issue with the amount that I was charged. When I called, the customer service person was helpful, friendly and fixed everything easily. Many thanks!
