Lovely tiles! We are foing a loft conversion and adding 2 new bathrooms. . . ordered tiles. for 1 bathroom which when delivered they sent 8 of the correct tiles and 16 of incorrect ones! Emailed them as soon. as i found out and they immediately responded saying they wd send the remaining correct tiles asap. The bonus was that i got to keep the incorrect tiles foc! This gave me the tiles for the second bathroom at zero cost!! Happy days
