We bought some fabulous stone effect porcelain tiles from Stone Warehouse. They were great in helping with the matching grout colour, and when some tiles were damaged in delivery quickly sorted it out with replacement tiles in a few day. Great experience. Thanks

I would say that there is quite a jump in cost of shipping if you go over a certain weight. Had I not negotiated I would have paid almost as much for shipping as for my 3m2 of tiles. Thankfully Andrea was prepared to accept the lower rate given that my order was small. But it is definitely something that would put me off buying had this not been the case. Other than that, couldn’t fault this company.

First class! We ordered a lot of stone - four pallets worth. The stone is beautiful and arrived very quickly and without any damages. It has now been laid throughout an entire basement and looks stunning. It has been a totally hassle free purchase from stone superstore.
