This company has very poor business practices. As a brand new customer of literally only a couple of weeks, I’ve already encountered 2 instances where discounts that they advertise are not actually applied to orders. I’ve pointed out both issues but they don’t care to honor the discounts. They just state that they will fix the advertisements moving forward. I don’t appreciate being lied to as a customer and this is the first I’ve ever experienced this issue with any candle supplier.

Could improve on customer service. Be careful because what you order might not be what you actually get.
