I absolutely loved the print I received for Mother's Day, but unfortunately there were some small scratches on the acrylic and a small nick in the frame. I was actually very surprised, because it was packaged extremely well. I really have no idea how the scratches got there other than it accidently happened before it was packaged. Anyway, I contacted the support email and sent a few photos of the damage, and they responded within the same day, and then immediately sent me out a brand new framed print that arrived within just a few days. I honestly didn't expect to receive a whole new product. I figured they'd just offer a future discount or partial refund, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I received the new framed print. Excellent customer service and excellent product that I will cherish forever. Will definitely order from them again!
