I’ve gifted Still Novel several times to different families. I love them so much and the families always love them. I recently ordered one for my sister and it was delivered extremely bent down the middle with a noticeable and unfixable crease. I emailed customer support right away with pictures and the response email was them reassuring me they were sending a replacement immediately. Phenomenal customer service!
