I ordered an additional two elevated laundry carts but accidentally ordered the permanent style. They were still being processed so I called in prepared to change the order so they would match my first order for a removable canvas style cart. Your rep was so knowledgeable she explained that since I’d ordered the liners the canvas shouldn’t get dirty and IF I needed to replace them they could be removed with some”elbow grease” and replaced with just the canvas replacement. So I kept the order since the permanent ones are so good looking. It’s great that you have customer service people who can help customers think through any issues they might have.
